Shine is committed to enhancing the psychological well-being of people in the community. SHINE provides an integrative, holistic therapeutic service to meet individual needs.
OUR AIMS:
* To provide a rapid and alternative access to treatment services for people experiencing physical and mental distress.
* To offer education, training and preventative sessions that help to address some of the key focus areas outlined in the Department of Health's Better Health Guide.
* To encourage people to return to employment and community participation by providing therapeutic services that will improve and maintain health and wellbeing.
* To help reduce inequalities in health care across the region and within minority communities by providing a flexible and accessible service.
* To give people greater choice and flexibility about the types of psychological services that they can access.
